Short Bio

Currently serving as a Professor of Marketing at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. He obtained his PhD in Marketing from the University of Western Sydney, Masters from The Australian National University. Prior to that, he completed his MBA and BBA major in Marketing from Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka.

Prof. Ridhwanul Haq authored a large number of scholarly publications in well-accredited, peer-reviewed journals published in the country and abroad. Currently, he is supervising a number of students who are doing DBA research at IBA. He is well known for his research track record in Consumer socialization and strategic service industry management. Moreover, he has actively engaged himself as a corporate trainer in local and multinational organizations. Prof. Ridhwanul Haq also served as a visiting professor at Taylors University, Malaysia. He recently published “Bangladesh Business Cases”, first ever business case book in Bangladesh tributing to Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
