Dr. Md. Rezaul Kabir is a Professor of Finance and current Coordinator of the BBA Program at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. Before this, he was the Coordinator of IBA’s Regular and Executive MBA Programs. He received his MSc and PhD degrees from Aston Business School, Aston University, UK. He completed his doctoral degree under the prestigious ˜Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan”. In his more than 15 years of teaching career, he has taught at both national and international academic institutions. Dr. Kabir worked as a sessional lecturer at Aston University, UK, for almost two years. He was a visiting scholar at Queen’s Management School, Queen's University Belfast, UK. He is an Associate Fellow of the Advance HE, UK (formerly known as Higher Education Academy, UK). |

His principal research interest lies in areas of corporate governance, corporate reporting, corporate sustainability and accountability-related issues. He is currently supervising several MPhil and PhD students in the aforementioned research areas. |
