Short Bio

Ms. Tanisha Bukth is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. Ms. Bukth has eight years of full-time teaching experience. Her areas of specialization include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Finance. She is an alumnus of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. She secured both her BBA and MBA degrees from IBA and was the top scorer of her batch on both occasions. Ms. Bukth has nine publications in recognized national and international journals.

Since 2019, Ms. Bukth has been engaged in providing HR training to professionals from the public and private sectors within the scope of short and long management development programs offered by IBA. She was the faculty in-charge for the accreditation process of IBA, which eventually resulted in IBA becoming the first institute in Bangladesh to achieve this prestigious accreditation, granted by the Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA).
