Short Bio

Fatematuz Zahra Saqui is a lecturer at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. She earned her BBA and MBA degrees from IBA, University of Dhaka. Before joining IBA as a lecturer, she worked extensively as a researcher for about five years in various multinational research companies like Kantar and Nielsen. She has led cross-functional teams and delivered solutions to business challenges. Her industry experience involved leading a team of researchers and overseeing the design and implementation of research projects - creating actionable strategic insights and solutions for partners. Her research expertise lies in market research, market segmentation, brand health, product innovation, customer satisfaction, etc., across industries such as FMCG, telecom, and mobile financial services. Across multiple research projects, Saqui offered strategic insights and solutions to Axiata, Nestlé, Arla Amba, bKash, GSK, PVM, Coca-Cola India, Banglalink, L'Oreal, SMC, Dhaka Ice-cream, Fonterra, Ispahani, Tetley, etc.
